Note From Us: October 2015

October news from the team at REHEARSALmagazine.

Welcome! I'm so excited for you to be here!

I thought I'd begin by giving a small introduction to the website. What you can expect is the best mentors in classical music at your fingertips. If you have a question or would like to discuss a topic, scroll through our list of Mentors and send them a message! They're waiting to hear from you! I'm incredibly proud of the people we are working with - they are all not only fantastic musicians in their own right, but they are all incredibly giving with their knowledge, and are very willing to help. At REHEARSAL, we don't believe that there is a  stupid question - if you're not sure about something, it's pretty likely lots of other people don't know the answer either. If you submit a question to a mentor, it is completely anonymous unless you state otherwise, so please feel comfortable and confident in this space.

The Discussion section of our website will house how-to's, articles and mentor answers, while Your Rehearsal Room will be the place to find practice journals and reflections from young musicians. We welcome contributions to this space year round.

If you sign up for our newsletter, you will receive to your inbox a round up of the best mentor answers each month. Definitely worth doing if you're in the mood for some great inspiration!

As always, if you have any questions, concerns, or would like to contribute, please do not hesitate to email us at rehearsalmagazine@gmail.com.

Until next time, happy music making!

Yours,

Megan Steller
